A highly popular modern production cruising yacht with a 3-cabin twin head layout that has a remarkably large cockpit and electric fold-down swim-platform ideal for family weekends away, entertaining, or cruising with room to invites friends and guests onboard. It's lightly used, well maintained and ready to fulfil your dreams.
The Targa arch with a connected spray-dodger and shade cover aft to the backstays offers a huge protected area with a large drop-leaf cockpit table with timber varnished lids and leaves.
From a sailing point of view it has the conventional mainsail which is easily raised using the electric coach-roof winch, a furling genoa with mast-mounted whisker pole, and a strongpoint and fittings for an inner forestay. There is a bow-compartment for additional stowage in addition to four cockpit lockers and a life-raft locker.
Down below the L-shaped galley is to port and forward of that two seats with a work/nav table between them and outboard of the nav station with VHF, a 7" MFD, Invertor controls and stereo. Opposite is a U-shaped dinette with bench outboard of which is the switch-panel. The master cabin is forward and has plenty of locker and floor space, as well as an ensuite with dedicated shower stall.
Aft are two symmetric double cabins and there is a day head on the starboard side, also with a dedicated shower stall. Both heads have electric toilets with holding tanks.
The Yanmar 57hp pushes the yacht at up to 8.5 knots and the powerful chined hull provides a balanced yacht that sails very well.
In terms of power the yacht has 500 Amps in the AGM house batteries, which were new last year, as well as an 1800W Sinewave invertor and shore power with battery-charger.
In addition to the MFD at the Nav' station there are 7" MFD's at both helms, an autopilot control, and a large 12' MFD mounted aft of the cockpit table. The yacht has radar, autopilot, a VHF with cockpit remote, and the bow-thruster control and remote anchor winch control with chain-counter are at the port helm.
This is a yacht that is equally capable of entertaining family and friends on Sydney Harbour as it is spending the winter in the Whitsundays over winter, or even cruising further afield. It has a practical and well thought out interior layout that works, and an exceptional cockpit, especially when the swim-platform is lowered.
