Director/Sales: Lee Condell – Lee joined the yachting industry in 1992 initially building boats at Bashford Boats and quickly becoming General Manager. Lee brokered yachts throughout the Asia/Pacific in the late nineties before he took a year out to cruise his own yacht from Sydney to the West of Ireland. He then ran the race boat brokerage and an office for Ancasta Boat Sales in the UK, Europes biggest brokerage network, before returning to Australia in 2002 and joining Performance Boating Sales, taking a 50% ownership in the business in 2004, and then buying out his business partner in 2015.

Sales Manager: Andrew Collingridge – Andy comes from a strong sales background with 20 years experience in sales and marketing. He started sailing at the age of 8 learning to sail here in Australia and on the US West and East coasts and is delighted to now be able to combine his passion for sailing with his professional skills.
