The East Coast 31's are a highly regarded design by Peter Cole with excellent sailing characteristics making a great club racer but with a fantastic internal layout she would also make for a great little coastal cruiser.
This 1975 model has had numerous upgrades in the last 2 years with the standing rigging replaced in 2017, new fully battened main (2017) and new 130% furling headsail (2018). She was repowered with a Bukh 24hp in 2005 with only 350hrs hours on the clock and many other more recent upgrades.
So she has had a fresh breath of life breathed into her and is ready to go for a new owner.
Nothing to spend - just get out there sailing.
