Jeanneau have done it again with the newly announced Sun Odyssey 410! Coming up with a new 40 footer that appeals to a wide audience is a big task, but the 349 designer Marc Lombard, along with interior designer Jean-Marc Piaton and the Jeanneau design team have absolutely triumphed. This yacht has all of the hallmarks of success of the smaller 349 with a combination of a brilliant and ultra-modern cruising hull, the revolutionary sloping side deck, a generous and highly comfortable cockpit, and an interior layout that is quite brilliant! The yacht doesn’t go into production until March of next year, so the first example to Australia isn’t likely to be here until June. By that time expect lead times to be out into 2020! However, PBS has secured two early deliveries, one of those to be the Sydney Show yacht for next year.
