Just in the last two months PBS has sold a second-hand Australian registered Jeanneau 42DS based in Greece in conjunction with UK Jeanneau dealer Sea Ventures, delivered a brand new Sun Odyssey 519 in Barcelona for a client of ours, and just last week delivered a new Jeanneau 51 to another client, this time with delivery in Canet on the Mediterranean coast of France, with commissioning by the SAS yard.
Here at PBS we strive to ensure that our clients have the very best experience, so for this latest delivery our service manager Damien Goff went in person to oversee the handover. Here is what the owner had to say.
“Just checking in to let you know how much we appreciated not only Damien’s presence in France for the handover but your commitment to ensuring that we were entirely satisfied with our new purchase.
Damien was an outstanding asset for the handover process — extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, very thorough, and enjoyable to work with. We could not have been happier. It made an enormous difference to have his help here. What Damian didn’t know straight off the bat, he took the time to research and get back to us immediately with an answer. He worked in exceptionally well with SAS, which was also very helpful.
As you know, taking delivery of a yacht in a foreign country is fraught with myriad issues of every variety. However, we have been pleased at every turn. SAS have been an exceptional outfit. In all my years as a boat owner, and over 16 years of sailing in the Med, I have never encountered such a high level of competence, quality, speed and professionalism.
Loving the boat. Learning more each day. VERY happy with our choice of Jeanneau and Performance Boating.” – Jeanneau 51 ‘Wild Spirit II’
