This week we’re handing over this brand new Sun Odyssey 519 in Barcelona and as you can expect the owners are just a little excited at the prospect of not only taking delivery of the yacht, but their plans for cruising and exploring the Mediterranean in due course. We’ve had our representative Alan Bruce oversee the whole commissioning process, as well as supplying and fitting safety equipment, and also carrying out some customisations requested by the owners. As part of our detailed handover process Alan will spend the week with the owners helping them to not only become familiar with the systems of the yacht, but also with its handling characteristics, both under sail and in terms of berthing and mooring.
In a few months we will also be handing over a new Jeanneau 51 in the Med’, for another NSW based client, but this time on the French coast.
