Highly regarded super-yacht designer Philippe Briand is responsible for all the current range of Jeanneau yachts over 40 feet, including the flag-ship 64 (pictured here) and new 54. Here is an interview with the man himself who started from humble beginnings .
Briand has had a long collaboration with Jeanneau going back 25 years and has been responsible for some of the companies most successful designs. These days his design office in London is largely occupied with super-yacht design, for which he has become a World leader, but he continues to produce excellent designs for Jeanneau and the new flag-ship 64 designed in conjunction with interior designer Andrew Winch has already been an enormous success and is by far the most successful production yacht of its size in the World today.
