2014 Integrity 45 Aspire

Exclusively listed with PBS this is a modern take on the semi-displacement motor yacht designed to maximise the use of space, be easy to handle, easy to move around, and inexpensive to both run and maintain.

The cockpit and saloon combine through the use of the ingenious hopper door system to offer a large entertaining space that interconnects the generous galley, leather saloon and teak floored cockpit. The galley itself is expansive with two 130 litre fridges, stone bench tops, hot-plate, deep sinks, wide counters and microwave. Forward are two generous cabins, the owners being a proper rectangular Queen-sized island bed in a generous cabin space with lots of stowage. A smart head had a separate shower stall and high-end fittings.

The cockpit has walkways up both sides with high bulwarks for safe movement around the vessel, and with a sliding helm door and adjacent opening gate in the hull side this makes coming alongside a breeze. This is an exceptionally easy motor yacht to handle.

The reliable and fuel efficient single 480hp Yanmar engine offers extremely economical displacement motoring, with the ability to get up to 15 knots when required. Perfect for exploring Sydney’s waterways and beyond.

This example is extremely well optioned with single-control joystick bow and stern thrusters, large swim platform with dinghy on snap-davit system, teak cockpit floor, American oak interior finish including solid floors, high end fittings throughout.

A combination of Onan 7kva gen-set and four large solar panels easily cope with all the power requirements of this vessel. Instrumentation is Raymarine with 12” plotter, radar, autopilot, sounder, and VHF. A Fusion 700 series stereo system is complemented by two TV/DVD’s for entertainment.

This is a solidly built, very comfortable and well-maintained motor yacht that is well worth viewing. Antifouled and engine service performed Aug 2019.
