1988 Cavalier 37 (Extended)

A well founded yacht the Cavalier 37 is renowned as a bluewater capable voyager with large fuel and water capacity for extended cruising. This one was built with care for the then Cavalier yacht builder, and features an extended sugar-scoop transom which makes boarding easy, and also adds bouyancy aft for this yachts extended water and fuel capacity. It's been really well updated with the rigging replaced in 2016, fully-battened mainsail in 2016, and two new headsails in 2017. It comes complete with autopilot, Hybrid-Touch chart-plotter, HF radio, 800W invertor, water-maker and solar. 

Although the engine has relatively high hours the yacht has voyaged long distances and it starts and runs perfectly. Much other work has been done to it in recent years including the running rigging, some instruments, the dodger & bimini canvas, and all of the windows and ports have been replaced. 

It has a clever 2-cabin layout, but also has a drop-down pedestal saloon table conversion, and also additional panels to make a huge berth in the centre of the yacht. It has a wrap-around galley and the head has hot & cold water and an electric toilet with holding tank. 

A recent insurance survey is available by request, antifouling was done in May 2020 and it presents very well for a yacht of its age. Very much ready for your next adventure!
