Jeanneau have done it yet again and used one of the most respected teams in superyacht design, being Philippe Briand naval architecture and Andrew Winch interior design, to produce a new 54 footer like no other. There are so many interesting, stylish, innovative and practical ideas on this yacht that it is hard to summarise it in a short article.
This is a yacht with meticulous attention to detail focused on enhancing life aboard and the cruising experience. For a start the cockpit is the longest in its class, but enhancing that even further is a new patented ‘terrace’ that opens electrically revealing sun-beds and a large swim platform. It really is sensational!
The detail of the cockpit with wrap-around seating at the forward end and all ropes and winches aft is so practical and creates an uber comfortable snug under the dodger, while up on the foredeck there is a clever fold-up sun-lounger.
Down below we find the same finish as seen on the flagship Jeanneau 64 which is modern and classy with superb detail as you would expect from a designer of the calibre of Andrew Winch. Four layouts are currently on offer including an innovative ‘aft to starboard’ galley option which creates and incredible galley, while freeing up the entire saloon area for entertaining.
This is an up-to-the-minute yacht, with the latest in hull design for balance and stability, from the highly regarded Briand design office using Jeanneau’s expertise to produce a World class yacht that is both affordable and will turn heads on any marina.

Jeanneau’s premium brand yachts, last years released flagship 64, the 57 and now the new 54 are part of an incredible success story at Jeanneau. Since releasing this premium series the factory have now built over 800, with 30 of the new 64’s already sold making the factory the World leader in production yachts over 50 feet, as well as almost half the entire World production of yachts between 60 and 70 feet.
