Our casual visit to the Sydney Boat Show in August 2010 became the beginning of what had been and still is an excellent experience and business relationship with you and your team at Performance Boating Sales. Brenda’s words “I could enjoy spending time on this boat” were the genesis of us acquiring our beautiful Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42 DS “Etoile” in February this year.
From our initial discussions to our ongoing interactions, you have consistently provided us with professional and timely guidance and assistance. While we know you have other clients. Your prompt and professional responses always made us feel as though we were your highest priority.
You were patient with our many questions, and your responses were always consistent, clear and concise. In areas where we lacked knowledge or had concerns, you guided us through with very professional advice based on your obvious considerable experience.
When dealing with your support team, again, the answers to our questions and the support provided was professional and friendly. Everything went smoothly, occurred in a timely fashion and happened on time.
From the time our boat arrived, we saw another side of you – your relentless attention to the quality and detail of the boat itself and to ensuring that the multitude of local fitout activities were completed without a hitch. Behind the scenes, you obviously applied your considerable project management skills to draw together the supply of equipment and the coordination of the many local suppliers and installation teams.
In your pursuit of quality, you have brought together a collection of local installation teams who share your passion. With each team, we again felt as though we were their top priority.
Since we took delivery, you have not let up. While our interaction has lessened, when we have sought your guidance or assistance you have still provided us with the same quality of service as described above.
The result is that we have a beautiful, new yacht of which we are immensely proud. This pride is enhanced by the quality of completed product that has been delivered to us.
