Cruising Helmsman magazine goes live this month and Performance Boating Sales has three free double-pass tickets to give away.
On Sunday the 18th May three of the sailing magazine’s respected contributors will each cover a range of topics all designed to get you out and sailing. A lunch will follow which will include a galley cooking master class by the one and only Cruising Chef. In the afternoon sponsors of the Captain’s Deck will have product on hand for you to view and ask questions on a one-on-one basis.
The three sailing experts are Andrew Bray, Jon Neeves and John Tylor. Bray will provide information on how to prepare your boat to head offshore. He is a boating engineer with loads of practical experience. Neeves will highlight the best places to take your boat along the NSW coast, places he and his partner have visited many times. Tylor is an electrical engineer who will show you how to check and marinise your boat’s electrical systems making sure it is secure and safe.
The event starts at 9:30 at the Royal Motor Yacht Club Pittwater and promises to deliver much more useful tips and information for cruising sailors
