Sunday 20th November was the start of the 2011 ARC (Atlantic Rally for Cruisers) which departs fromLas Palmasin Gran Canaria and crosses to Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia in the Caribbean.
There are 24 Jeanneau yachts all in the Division 1 Cruising class of total fleet of 220 – the biggest group from a single yacht-builder brand and includes eight 54 Deck-Saloon’s. This rally has become a must do for those planning on heading for the Caribbean from Europe and wanting to enjoy the comraderie of other like-minded sailors.
