This yacht was bought and equipped by a very experience owner who initially purchased as a cruising yacht with a bit more comfort than his previous two Jeanneau yachts. However, on experiencing the sailing characteristics he felt compelled to return to some level of competitive sailing and so started twilight and then club spinnaker racing, including taking the yacht North for Hamilton Island Race Week last year.
The yacht has exceeded his expectations in every way, being the "most comfortable yacht" he has ever had, the "most stable and well balanced, and a joy to sail." It’s now time for him to move to the next adventure, so the new owner will benefit from a carefully optioned yacht that has been superbly maintained and wants for nothing. It must be seen to appreciate just how new the yacht looks and how it has been equipped for supreme comfort onboard.
Handling couldn’t be easier with bow-thruster, electric primary winches and halyard winch, and the sloping side-decks which make it so easy to board from the side, or use the electric swim-platform with remote to board from your tender. The boom is low forward and combined with the mainsail cars making it easy to lower and pack the mainsail. The sails are upgraded high quality, and there is a gennaker and a Carbon pole for poling out the headsail.
For a sportier feel the wheels are composite and there are 9” plotters at both helms, as well as a 7” at the nav’ station. There is a full canvas package, 260W of solar, Sat TV antenna and Starlink. The cockpit is large with abundant storage and a centreline table with drop leaves ideal for entertaining. There is also a large bow-locker.
Down below to port is a full size forward facing nav’ station, which has the aforementioned 7” plotter, a VHF, the Fusion stereo, and both a Xantrex battery monitor, and 1800W invertor. The bank of 500Ah house batteries were replaced in 2021. Forward of the nav is the wrap around galley with lots of locker space and a domestic style fridge. There is also an addition fridge/freezer custom built into the aft port cabin. Opposite the galley is the U-shaped dinette, aft of which is the day head. The aft starboard cabin has a fully rectangular Queen-sized bed (as does the port). Double doors lead from the saloon into the palatial owners cabin with a fully rectangular Queen-sized island style double, generous lockers and an ensuite toilet/shower. The toilets in both heads are electric with holding tanks
This is a supremely comfortable cruising yacht capable of fulfilling any of your dreams, but with a level of performance that will surprise and delight any owner. Make sure to book to view this exceptional yacht!
